By creating an account, listing a property, browsing listings, or otherwise using OneKerala ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

OneKerala is a property listing portal for Kerala, India. We allow users to browse, list, buy, rent, and lease properties. We act as an intermediary between property owners/agents and prospective buyers or tenants. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Account Registration and Security

You may need to register an account to list properties or use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Listing and Content

When you list a property, you represent that you have the right to list it and that the information and images you provide are accurate and not misleading. We reserve the right to remove or edit listings that violate our policies or that we deem inappropriate. You may not list properties that you do not have the authority to offer for sale or rent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, copy, or automate access to the Platform without our permission
• Circumvent any security or access controls
• Impersonate any person or entity

7. Intellectual Property

OneKerala and its logos, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our trademarks or copy our content without prior written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the Platform.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform and all listings are provided "as is." We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing or user content. We are not responsible for transactions between users. You use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneKerala and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction conducted through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OneKerala, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala.
